1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using RunCrab, a service provided by Master Software Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
RunCrab provides managed AI assistant hosting infrastructure. We operate on a BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) model, meaning you provide your own API keys for AI services. We provide:
- Hosting infrastructure for AI assistants
- Integration with messaging platforms (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Calendar, email, and productivity integrations
- Memory and context management
- 24/7 availability and monitoring
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- Obtaining and managing your own AI provider API keys
- Complying with the terms of service of your AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.)
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
- Any costs incurred from your AI provider based on your usage
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use RunCrab to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Generate or distribute malware, spam, or malicious content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate the acceptable use policies of integrated AI providers
5. Payment and Billing
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- AI provider costs are separate and billed directly by your AI provider
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
6. Intellectual Property
The RunCrab service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Master Software Solutions LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you create or provide through the service. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the service.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
We are not responsible for the outputs generated by AI models. AI outputs may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or biased. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MASTER SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
